Isolation, strip out and part-demolition of existing building
Site clearance and excavations to footprint of proposed extension; including consideration for site tree protection restrictions

New drainage connections to existing building and extension
Construction of new two-storey masonry extension to match the existing buildings
Supply and installation of all structural timber to create new floors, staircase and roof trusses
Erection of internal walls and partitions in masonry and/or metal stud
Laying of new built-up roof system with tiled finish
Making good to existing building where this meets the party wall to the new extension
