Extension to children's Respite & Emergency Care facility
- Isolation, strip out and part-demolition of existing building
- Site clearance and excavations to footprint of proposed extension; including consideration for site tree protection restrictions
- New foundations and slab construction
- New drainage connections to existing building and extension
- Construction of new two-storey masonry extension to match the existing buildings
- Supply and installation of all structural timber to create new floors, staircase and roof trusses
- Erection of internal walls and partitions in masonry and/or metal stud
- Laying of new built-up roof system with tiled finish
- Making good to existing building where this meets the party wall to the new extension
- New ceilings and insulation
- Installation of new uPVC doors and windows
- Internal joinery installation including doors, skirting, architraves
