Full, phased internal and external refurbishment of Primary Academy

Pitched roof replacement including upgrades to insulation
Flat roof replacement
Strip out of existing FF&E and finishes
Replacement of external doors and windows/curtain wall with modern aluminium
Installation of new means of escape doors
Firestopping upgrades including replacement of fire doors on compartment lines
Replacement of existing and installation of new suspended ceilings
Refurbishment of WC’s including new cubicles, vanity units and sanitaryware and wipe-down hygienic finishes
Replacement floor finishes
Decoration to walls, doors and timber surfaces
Upgrades to M&E installations including:
- Heating & entilation
- Boiler replacement
- Replacement hot and cold water distribution
- Lighting
- Small power and data
- Fire alarm, access control and intruder alarm
